This is the first development undertaken by the company, right from inception to construction to selling the units. It comprises of 22 up-market townhouse units built in one of the prime suburbs of Kimberley, Northern Cape.  

1. The project was wholly done by Afri-Devo from the very beginning to the end
2. The development area was, prior to Hillcrest Prestige, a predominantly white suburb, but through the development, we initiated what is today a growing population integration in the area.
3. The development was sold on a plot and plan basis, which was good for the project cash flow.
4. The development consists of a four star guesthouse establishment called Repa.
