The project was turnkey, wherein we got very involved right from the onset with design work, then construction, landscaping and project management. The brief required a modern and spacious family home with state of the art finishing and comfort for everyone in the family.

1. The project was successfully completed with all client specifications and needs met,   even though it was delivered slightly later than schedule.
2. It served as a wonderful opportunity for our company to gain hands on experience in matters of design, landscaping and managing changing client needs and requirements within the project timeframe.
