This project, classified under special government projects, was sudden and demanding in terms of delivery time and the expected quality as the offices had to be ready for the newly appointed Minister and his Deputy.

We worked very closely with the chief of staff within the ministry to make quick decisions on what was to be done as well as the choice of materials and finishes to use. The work entailed partitioning, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, tiling, plumbing, electrical work and air conditioning. 

1. We worked 24 hour day shifts each day to meet the tight deadline and were successful in delivering on both time and quality.
2. The project confirmed further our capabilities as a company to be flexible and responsive to any call of duty, where the client’s needs and aspirations are protected and paramount to all else.
