Project Overview This entails the upgrade, refurbishment and expansion of an existing shopping complex into approximately 6500 m2. Afri Devo Properties have been tasked with project coordination, project management and construction of the mall (turnkey solution). Construction is expected to resume mid 2014 with Shoprite being an Anchor Tenant.
